Narrative

LOGAN CO., OK – A pickup truck and an SUV collided head-on in southwest Logan County on Thursday, killing both drivers at the scene of the accident.

The crash occurred at OK-74, or Grand, and Cimarron Boulevard, which is near Cimarron City.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Police say that a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2015 Dodge Durango collided head-on along the highway.

Authorities identified the victims as 82-year-old David Wesley and 28-year-old McKenzie Hunter Moore.

Officials closed OK-74 as far back as OK-33 while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
