Narrative

NORMAN, OK – A bicyclist died Friday afternoon after a hit-and-run collision at a busy intersection on the west side of Norman.

The incident happened around 3:31 p.m. at West Robinson Street and 60th Avenue Northwest, which is just east of Happyland ATV Park.

Police say that the cyclist died at the scene. They’ve not yet released the name of the cyclist.

Authorities located and arrested the driver involved in the crash.

A full investigation is underway.
