KIEFER, OK – A 15-year-old girl died in a car accident late Thursday afternoon at a Kiefer intersection.
The incident happened around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of West 161st Street South and South 49th West Ave, which is just south of Kiefer high School and west of US-75.
Police have not shared any details about the accident, and it’s still unclear if other vehicles were involved.
Authorities identified the victim as a high school student from Kiefer. They say she was a well-known as an accomplished softball player and beloved by Kiefer students and staff.
