Narrative

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A driver died Sunday night after a two-vehicle collision along a major roadway in north-central Oklahoma City.

The incident happened sometime around 10 p.m. Sunday night on the Broadway Extension near Wilshire Boulevard, which is near the Musgrave area.

Police say that one of the drivers was speeding, lost control, and struck both a second vehicle and a street sign. The speeding driver died from injuries sustained in the collision. Authorities have not yet released their identity.

It’s unclear if the second driver sustained injuries in the accident. It’s also unclear if other vehicles were involved after the initial collision.
