Narrative
CHOCTAW, OK – A cyclist died on Thursday in Choctaw after a vehicle hit her along a busy roadway near Elmwood Cemetery.
The incident happened in the morning on North Choctaw Road just north of Northeast 10th Street, which is northeast of Choctaw High School and Choctaw Yellowjackets Stadium.
It’s not yet clear how the accident occurred and if the vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene.
Authorities have not yet publicly identified the victim.
