Narrative
TECUMSEH, OK – A male driver and a female driver, both in their 70s, died on Friday after their pickup trucks collided along the highway in Tecumseh.
The crash occurred around noon near the intersection of Highway 9, or US-270, and Skagg City Road, which is southwest of the Orvile Johnson Reservoir.
Police say that one of the drivers crossed into oncoming traffic after overcorrecting and crashed head-on into the other vehicle.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims.
The investigation is ongoing.
