Narrative

TULSA, OK – A 19-year-old man went to the hospital early Friday from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash on the east side of Tulsa.

The accident happened around 12:13 a.m. along the ramp from I-244 to US-269. This is southeast of Tulsa International Airport.

Authorities haven’t shared many details regarding the circumstances of the accident, which they say involved a Chevy Tahoe carrying three occupants and a mini-Cooper.

Police haven’t yet determine the cause of the accident, but they say the Chevy smelled of alcohol.

The unrestrained driver of the Chevy, identified as Cristopher Barillas, went to the hospital with serious injuries.

No other injuries have been mentioned in connection to the accident.
